Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out permitted and prohibited uses of the PosPly platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaching it may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited uses
Using the service for any unlawful activity, or to store or sell stolen, counterfeit, or unlicensed goods.
Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data, or to PosPly's own systems.
Uploading or storing malicious software, or intentionally attempting to disrupt the service or overload our systems (such as denial-of-service attacks).
Impersonating any person or entity, or providing misleading information about your identity or business.
2. Data integrity
You must not enter personal data belonging to third parties (such as staff or customers) into the system without an appropriate legal basis for doing so.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with data protection law applicable in your country.
3. Reporting misuse
If you notice any use that violates this policy, please report it via the contact details in the site footer.
4. Action taken on breach
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately in the event of a serious breach of this policy, notifying you where practically and legally possible.
