Does it work offline?
Yes for sales. The register completes locally, then syncs when the connection returns. Checkout does not stop because the network dropped.
Is there a repair workshop?
Yes. Intake through diagnosis, quote, delivery, and warranty — in the same platform as retail sales.
Can I run multiple branches today?
No. Starter and Pro are for one shop. The Branches plan with IMEI transfers between locations will open later — you can register interest from pricing.
Are invoices FTA e-invoicing certified?
PosPly calculates UAE 5% VAT and prints your TRN on the receipt. PINT AE e-invoicing integration is a later path, not a government certification today.
